Easter in the Old Pueblo means egg hunts, live music and a buffet-style brunch at Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort’s annual Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 27.
Nestled in the shadows of Pusch Ridge, Easter activities at the AAA Four Diamond resort are open to brunch and resort guests.
Ballroom Easter Brunch
The resort will host a buffet-style brunch with live music on Sunday, March 27, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with seatings every half hour. Priced at $59 for adults and $19 for children ages 6-12 (no charge for children 5 and under), signature buffet items will include carving stations of honey glazed ham, sea salt and black pepper baron of beef and pork tenderloin roast, with chef specialties including seared corvina, rotisserie spiced chicken and Easter lamb stew. Chilled offerings will include citrus poached salmon, pineapple mojo ceviche, shrimp cocktail and a variety of seasonal salads. Easter Bunny Golden Egg Hunts
Resort guests and locals enjoying brunch are encouraged to bring their children and Easter baskets to participate in two Golden Egg Hunts offered at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the resort’s sprawling grassy lawns.
