Triple Play – Starting from $509/night

Double Play – Starting from $599/night

Cook’s has been at the pinnacle of legacy restaurants in Phoenix. The menu features fresh, ingredient-driven dishes inspired by Northern Mediterranean cuisine that celebrates the regions of Spain, Northern Italy and Provence. Standout items include Pickled Golden Beets and Crows Dairy Goat Cheese Salad ($13); Black Mediterranean Mussels ($14), Vadouvan Spiced Colorado Lamb Osso Bucco ($38); and, a personal favorite of Chef Todd is the Pan Roasted John Dory ($38).

The Mix Up Bar at Royal Palms offers a bold, adventurous approach to the artful side of mixology highlighting hand-crafted, garden-to-glass cocktails from head barman, Charlie Zeiler. Perfect for baseball fans, Bourbon & Burgers at The Mix Up Bar is a popular special serving $8 burgers and half-priced bourbons every Thursday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. The Mix Up Bar also offers live music every Thursday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm and every Friday and Saturday from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.
