Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a weekend of dining at Flourish, the sustainably sourced all-new restaurant. This Valentine’s Day, ZuZu inside the iconic Hotel Valley Ho is offering twice the chance for romance, with a candle-lit dinner on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Order off the seasonal dinner menu or choose from Valentine’s specials including Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin with crispy blue crab, yukon gold mashed potatoes, local tuscan kale and yuzu hollandaise ($34); a Strawberry Trifle for Two with strawberry compote, vanilla sponge cake, crème anglaise, fresh berries and sweet cream ($12); and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2004 Rosé Champagne for only $85. Southwestern-inspired romance will be on the menu at SaltRock, serving a special three-course, prix-fixe menu from Friday, Feb. 12 – Sunday, Feb. 14. First course choice of Focaccia with smoked walnut tulle, Smoked Salmon Croquette, or Duck Rillette. Second course choices are designed for sharing, including a 22 oz.
