CoR Tapas & Wine {NEW in Phoenix}
Enjoy a special shared plates dinner with wine & champagne pairings at one of Phoenix’s newest restaurants, CoR Taps & Wine! The New Years Eve dinner includes the following tapas: Mini Crab Cakes with Pineapple Salsa & Mae Ploy Sauce, Arugula Salad with Honey Roasted Pears, Blueberries, Goat Cheese & Pomegranate Vinaigrette, Butternut Squash Raviolis with Sage Brown Butter Sauce, Seared Filet with Risotto Cake, Creamy Porcini Mushroom Sauce & Shaved Parmesan, White Fish with Lemon Thyme Beurre Blanc & Steamed Asaparagus and a Sorbet Trio: Raspberry, Mango & Blood Orange. Flourish {NEW in Fountain Valley / Scottsdale}
Ring in the New Year in fine taste with Flourish’s James Bond Goldfinger-themed New Year’s Eve Party. Guests are invited to dress to the nines at this Black Tie-optional shindig, including a best ‘Bond Girl’ contest with the winner taking home a stunning prize from by Sami Fine Jewelry of Fountain Hills. Furthermore, guests will be fêted with free-flowing Champagne while savoring a gourmet four-course dinner, including New Year’s ball drops at both 10pm and midnight. Different Point of View {Phoenix}
Ring in the New Year on top of the Valley at Different Pointe of View, the AAA Four Diamond mountaintop restaurant perched 1,800 feet above the city at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix. The award-winning restaurant renowned for its stunning views and cuisine to match, will offer a five-course dinner for $125 per person for seatings 5 to 8 p.m. and for $150 per person for seatings 8:30-10 p.m.  Dinner includes entry to The Terrace Room, the restaurant’s adjacent lounge that will offer live music, dancing, light fare, party favors and champagne toast. ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho {Scottsdale}
Ring in the New Year with a delicious Champagne dinner, dancing, and a midnight rooftop toast at ZuZu inside the hip Hotel Valley Ho. Celebrate with four pours of Champagne from Veuve Clicquot and Moët & Chandon paired with a seasonal, four-course menu. Savor Maine Lobster Agnolotti, Burrata and Brussels Sprout Salad, Herb-Roasted Wagyu Beef Striploin, and Valrhona Chocolate Cheesecake (vegetarian and sea bass substitutions available). J&G Steakhouse {Scottsdale}
Celebrate the beginning of 2016 with a gourmet 4-course feast, plus enjoy gorgeous view of the Valley below from J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician Resort. The restaurant is whipping up a special New Year’s Eve menu offered exclusively on Thursday, December 31, 2015 for $115 pp ++. Here you can enjoy a decadent Foie Gras Brulee or Diver Scallop with warm black truffle garlic toast. Next enjoy poached Hamachi or roasted Maine lobster, followed by your choice of prime NY strip or slowly cooked venison loin. Finish off your dessert with a trio of desserts. Ocean Prime is offering guests a variety of featured menu items on New Years Eve, including: Nantucket Bay Scallops served with parmesan and sweet pea risotto, Piedmontese Truffle Strip Loin served with white asparagus and chanterelle cream and New Lang Syne: Lemon Vodka, Crème de Cassis, Mionetto Prosecco and raspberry.
