Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain invites families to ditch the hours-long holiday meal prep for a relaxing four-course Thanksgiving feast at the On Nov. 24, 2016 from 12-9 p.m. in elements and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in The Views, guests can indulge in gourmet delights by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, all while overlooking the captivating scenery of Paradise Valley and Camelback Mountain.
Elements’ Thanksgiving menu will begin with small plates and salads, including roasted parsnip and pecan bisque with maple glazed pancetta and chipotle ginger crema;pumpkin risotto with aged manchego, pepitas, crispy sage and pumpkin seed oil; foie gras mason jar with brioche toast, cherry jam, pistachio crunch and sea salt; and spinach, bacon and pine nut salad with cheddar, figs, and pomegranate mustard vinaigrette. Guests can enjoy festive entrees like braised short rib ravioli, bacon-wrapped filet of beef, and a traditional turkey dinner before satisfying the sweet tooth with pumpkin cheesecake, cranberry gingerbread upside-down cake and turtle trifle. Dinner in elements is $85 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years. The buffet is $75 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years. Children ages 5 and under dine compliments of Sanctuary. Prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made by calling 866-411-7155.
